Role Outline


The HR Systems and Project Coordinator will act as the linchpin for our HR Information System (HRIS), focusing on the creation of automated HR processes, producing insightful management reports, and overseeing the onboarding module to facilitate a seamless introduction for new employees.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of HR functions.


You will oversee the administration and optimisation of the HR Information Systems by developing, streamlining and automating HR processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and off boarding.

You will generate and manage standard HR reports, highlighting any actionable insights to management.


In this role you will be come the Subject Matter Expert, providing comprehensive system training and ongoing support to the HR team, you will troubleshoot HR systems issues, offering timely and effective solutions.

In addition you will complete administer HR-related documentation. such as contract of employment, and ensure all employment practices comply with regulatory concerns and reporting requirements.

You will have previous experience working in a HR team and have excellent HR systems knowledge.

The salary for this position is £28-30k depending on experience
