At Maslow's our mission is to create a collection of workspaces, members' houses, restaurants & bars that are developed and operated within unique spaces in vibrant neighbourhoods and beautiful settings, always with an emphasis on locality, serving the needs of visitors and locals alike.

We opened the doors of our first site, Mortimer House in London's Fitzrovia, in late 2017. Our second London House - 1 Warwick, opened in Soho this March.

Role Purpose
The Membership Assistant is the go-to person for the membership team and members for all administrative support. Integral to the role is a great understanding of our Houses and Membership offering and strong attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for Maslow's always.
  • Give a warm welcome to all new members, digitally and in person with new joiners' inductions.
  • Liase with the Operations team (eg; F&B, reception, facilities) to ensure members needs are met at all times.
  • Consistently update and manage CRM and other internal systems (Nexudus, Salesforce, Connect.)
  • Account management of existing members.
  • Respond to all membership enquiries regarding social and house memberships according to procedure.
  • Conduct site visits/tours for potential clients.
  • Record any member enquiries, payments, or changes to the membership.
  • Manage all renewals according to agreed procedures.
  • Assist in processing sales procedures.
  • Continually keep internal software up to date alongside the IT team.
  • Responsible for all digital and paper filing associated with Membership.
  • Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks, as and when necessary and reasonable required in line with business needs.
  • Contribute to an enjoyable working environment.

Essential Skills

  • FOH/Reception/Admin support experience within a hospitality environment.
