As a Customer Success Partner with a Sales oriented mindset and excellent Account management skills, you will work alongside a Client Manager as a co-pilot, contributing to achieving sales budgets, targets, and KPIs for defined customer accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Through effective relationship building and understanding of customers, you will sell products, manage accounts, and contribute to volume and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely rate negotiations according to customer requirements and Maersk pricing guidelines.
  • Be a key contact for clients, solve problems, handle invoice queries, and maintain client information.
  • Record client information using Customer Relationship Management tools, focusing on business opportunities and market feedback.
  • Manage ad hoc admin tasks, ensuring the best customer experience and playing a vital role in the end-to-end shipment process.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven success in a similar role with customer experience. Sales experience is beneficial.
  • High-level product understanding and strategic influencing skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
