  • Utilize customer data effectively - leverage analytics and insights to maximize the potential of our customer data.
  • Utilize this information to drive data-centric marketing campaigns, refine customer experiences, and pinpoint new business prospects to enhance commercial performance.
  • Enhance CRM systems and technologies - play a pivotal role in the transition to a new CRM platform, defining requirements for top-tier CRM and utilizing the platform's capabilities to enrich customer experience, drive revenue growth, and optimize CRM operations.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Engage closely with Design, Product, Data, Insights, and Promotions teams to align CRM strategies with overarching business objectives.

Build, mentor, and lead a team of CRM specialists. Provide mentorship and direction to cultivate a cooperative and high-achieving team atmosphere.

Lead the CRM team in adopting a test-and-learn methodology, utilizing insights to steer campaign refinements and guide initiatives organization-wide.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience, with significant exposure in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated track record in formulating and executing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strategic and highly analytical mindset with a solid technical foundation in CRM and marketing automation, along with a comprehensive understanding of user behaviors and data-driven decision-making.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
