As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.
You would be based in either their Housing, Streets and Protection or Health and Home Team, with key duties including:Being the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and provide support and advice to customers.
Handling complex complaints.
Working efficiently alongside other departments to work out the best resolution for customers.
Administration support - maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database / logging appropriate audit trails.
