Could you be the right person to join our retail management team, this Retail Senior Sales position will be based in one of our
Padgate shop Warrington.
As a Waterfield's Retail Senior Sales, you are required to work alongside the Manager in the day-to-day management of the team, to maximise sales through effective stock ordering, merchandising and customer service standards with the ability to lead and motivate your team.
A working knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation is desirable, this role will particularly appeal to an ambitious retail assistant looking for the first step into retail management, full training will be provided.
As the specific shop where this position will be based has yet to be agreed your own transport is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
Full operational responsibilities for managing the shop in the absence of the retail manager.
Driving sales through product availability.
Delivery of exceptional customer service.
To ensure compliance with health & safety and health & safety legislation.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
30 hours over 5 days per week
Competitive Rate of pay £10.80ph
