Project Administrator

JNP Group is in search of a dedicated Project Administrator to become a valuable member of our team at the Amersham office. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to various engineering projects, ensuring smooth operations, effective financial management, goal attainment, and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal and external project meetings.
- Record meeting minutes, monitor actions, and follow up to meet deadlines.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, invoicing, and cost management.
- Organize project files and drawing records.
- Assist in preparing project bid documents.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Provide general office support, such as managing post, ordering supplies, and handling facility issues.
- Act as the Health and Safety representative and first aider for the local office.
- Arrange team building activities and manage office staff holiday schedules.
- Execute any other administrative tasks assigned by Project Managers or Office Heads.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (grade A-C) including Maths and English.
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced administrative office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with database management is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
