Business Development ManagernLocation:

The role in a nutshellnAs a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business, driving sales efforts and expanding the client base.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell the creative services of the agency, taking new clients on a journey and onboarding is also an important part of this role.

Inbound leads, so no cold calling

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets

nClient Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction

nMarket Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to position the agency effectively

nProposal Development:
Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's design capabilities

nNegotiation:
Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals

nRevenue Growth:
Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:

nMinimum of 2 years of experience in exhibition/ events agency sales or a related field.nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.nStrong leadership and team management skills.nExceptional communication and presentation abilities.nIn-depth knowledge of the exhibition and trade show industry.nCreative thinking and a passion for design.
