KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Providing customer support
  • Liaise with customers regarding deliveries
  • Providing customers with pricing information
  • Order processing
  • Completing reports for Management
  • Work to SLA's and KPI's
  • Assist with maintaining customer accounts
  • Control aged dept and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Problem solving
  • Raise Credit notes

REQUIRMENTS:

  • GCSE in Mathematics, Science & English.
  • 2 years' experience in sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A Team player.
  • Customer focused and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Confident in the use of MS Excel (essential)
