We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to join out team based in Ferrybridge just outside of Leeds.

However, there may be requirements for the jobholder to visit third party warehouses or suppliers.

  • Contract: 6month FTC_
  • Flexible working: 3 days in office 2 at home_

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Stock Control

  • Manage MRP process review, confirm and expedite replenishment requirements for Packaging 2L10 and purchased finished goods 2CLR
  • Determine optimum stock holding levels for empty packages and labels
  • Confirmation and goods receipting in SAP for all imported finished products
  • Control replenishment stocks all plants pf empty IBCs, barrels and pallets and collection from customers. Maximise reusability for all packaging items

Primary Logistics

  • Liaise with Logistics to ensure goods are delivered on time
  • Arrange all logistics activity. Booking transport for incoming FCA finished products
  • Prepare and manage customs declarations for all inbound finished product from EU

Other

  • Outstanding order reports for all plants and Group order reports
  • Liaise between Supply Chain and Sales Support teams, providing product availability information and ETAs
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Supply Chain is essential
Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and highly organised.
High level of attention to detail, accurate analytical skills.
PC literacy, advanced MS Excel is essential.
Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
