Job Overview

The PIVT Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our sites in the North Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns for the sites in your Node.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with site managers to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site managers, employees, and external partners.
