The Role:

Registration - Bereavement

£10.90 per hour

35 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm core hours (8-6)

Office Based - Nationwide House

Swindon/ Hybrid once trained

6 Months Temporary Role - Opportunity for role to be extended or permanent role

What you'll do:

As a vital member of the
Bereavement Registration Admin team, your daily duties will be as follows:


  • Handling information from deceased member's profiles and generating all data required to provide to executors or solicitors:

No Outbound calls required and mínimal telephony responsibilities:


  • Heavy focus on Data Entry in all tasks:
-
Keen eye for detail vital for the role
FCA Regulated:
Using Office 365 and internal software systems to complete case loads in a timely manner:-
Comply to KPI targets which include timeframe of payments made and amount of cases actioned
