Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for chasing and payment commitments
  • Receive guidance from your team leader to address issues effectively
  • Support other team members with their workload when necessary
  • Drive improvements in reducing overdue debts
  • Oversee the setup of new customer accounts and manage credit limits
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
  • Timely escalation of issues when required
  • Collaborate with operational teams within the organization
  • Assist managers with occasional projects as needed
  • Communicate with key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Conduct daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Provide backup for other finance assistant roles as necessary
