Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Rutherford Briant. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer payments, chasing outstanding debts, and managing credit limits.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams across the Group to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Solid experience in credit control, financial accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Intermediate Excel skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
