This is an exciting time for the **George Baker Group**, and we are looking for an office based full time **UK/European Transport (UK/ET) admin clerk** to add value to our accounts team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Customer point of contact for UK/ET invoice queries.
- Resolving queries/driving their resolution with UK/ET and Finance team
- Assisting with credit control function for Department’s debtors. Logging actions/notes
- Support the UK/ET and Finance teams in resolving departmental specific vendor related queries.
- Invoicing UK/ET customers ensuring all billing processes specific to them are adhered to.
- Other ad hoc accounting/operational duties in support of UK/ET and Finance teams.

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum two years’ experience within a finance/operational admin role - although full training would be given to a suitable applicant.
- Experience of working in a busy office.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 accounts package an advantage.
- Comfortable working on Excel spreadsheets.
- Numerate and accurate. Detail oriented.
- Proactive approach. Ability to solve problems.
