Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Major Projects Co-ordinator on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.


A bit about the role:


As a Major Projects Co-ordinator, you will provide technical administrative support to the Planned Major Projects team, who will be responsible for the delivery of planned major projects being procured through partnered and JCT contracts and for proactively managing budgets exceeding £5m.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Supporting the team in delivering a programme of major projects. Reviewing and allocating technical referrals, arranging meetings and site visits, maintaining reporting information and records, producing reports and presentations.
  • Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers.
  • Liaising with Major Projects team colleagues to ensure the outcome is satisfactory for Peabody residents
  • Contributing to the preparation of statistical, financial and written updates on technical referrals and completed schemes, KPI reports and other departmental monitoring systems.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
