As Coordinator for the Trivandi Academy you will work across a variety of projects aimed at professionalising the major events sector and positioning Trivandi as an internationally recognised thought leader.

In collaboration with the Director – Trivandi Academy, the Director of Research, Intelligence and Education, and the wider team, you will support in the high-quality delivery of our objectives through strong project co-ordination.

This new role has been created for a highly motivated, proactive, driven and dynamic graduate.

We are ideally looking for someone who has studied a business-related degree or a similar subject at degree level (or equivalent) as a minimum and is looking to develop their career path within a growing and entrepreneurial business.

Based in our London office a minimum of three days per week, the focus of this role will be on supporting the team with the strategic planning, development and oversight of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
At Trivandi all our roles are broad and flexible, but here's a flavour of where you'll focus your time:

  • Provide administrative support in the establishment of the Trivandi Academy business entity and the Trivandi Foundation.
  • Coordinate the planning and management of Trivandi Academy projects.
  • Support daytoday business operations and project administration, including the set up and monitoring of project controls and reporting of progress.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, generate meeting notes and actions, and following up where required.
  • Support on briefing and working with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
  • Produce and maange documents such as PowerPoint decks, meeting agendas and minutes, project timelines and operating plans to a high standard.
  • Support on the preparation of tender responses and bid management.
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Coordinating internal and external staff, contractors and volunteers for projects.
  • On occasions, support onsite meetings and project delivery.
  • Systems administration of our online learning platform
  • Manage the registration of students on to our learning courses and provide learner support
  • Manage the shared inbox, responding to queries and referring questions to the wider team
