About the Job Opportunity
Joining us as a Digital Marketing Executive at Defaqto, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, optimize our website for our target audience, and achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with our business objectives.
- Designing and launching digital campaigns across various platforms like social media, website, and email.
- Improving our website to support SEO targets and execute the content strategy while maintaining brand consistency.
- Implementing strategies to enhance website performance and boost conversion rates.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital campaign performance using analytics tools to drive future marketing strategies.
- Leveraging existing and new contact data sources to create nurturing paths for all marketing funnel stages and managing contact preferences.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Regularly evaluating and refining digital marketing strategies, incorporating feedback and new technologies when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and CMS tools like Marketing Dynamics and Concrete.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and online advertising platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide informed marketing recommendations.

Additional Information:
This role offers a hybrid work setup where team members typically work in-office for 2-3 days per week (usually Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
