About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager to join our team at Symphony Coatings. Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to cater to both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content that engages our audience and inspires them to take action. Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe to produce visually compelling assets optimized for social media.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and analyze social media trends to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Track account growth and engagement metrics across all social channels, and work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to utilize GA4 to generate insightful reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media platform management, ideally in consumer-focused environments.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, content creation, and analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Google Analytics certification or equivalent.
