As a rapidly growing agency, with clients based both in the UK and US, we're on the lookout for an exceptional SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and implement effective SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase rankings on Google and drive website traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and build effective keyword baskets to support organic rankings and Google Search Console impressions.
  • Content Creation and On-Page Optimisation
    • Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content to support organic rankings and drive website traffic.
    • Conduct on-page optimisation and technical analysis to ensure websites are healthy and evergreen.
  • Link Building and Technical SEO
    • Build high-quality backlinks to support SEO efforts and drive website traffic.
    • Audit websites from a technical SEO perspective and work with our developer to create healthy and evergreen websites.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide weekly internal reporting and monthly client reporting on SEO and digital marketing efforts.
    • Analyse data to inform SEO and digital marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in SEO and digital marketing with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Exceptional understanding of SEO principles from an on-page, off-page and technical perspective.
  • Proven hands-on experience in SEO optimisations and creating SEO-optimised web content.
  • Great time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Experience with problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Experience within WordPress and other CMS systems.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to confidently edit web pages for optimisation purposes.
