Stock Control Administrator

You must have a driving licence and your own mode of transport to get to work because of the rural location.
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm(Flexible)
Rate of Pay
£10.50 per hour
Reports to Site Operations Manager
Duties
- General Administration
- Handling all written and electronic correspondence.
- Minute taking, preparing meeting actions & following up completion
- Data collection and Excel spreadsheet /Pivot table /Graphs for Production & Engineering KPI's i.e. Machine efficiency, Output/ Downtime
- Ordering miscellaneous items for Production and Warehouse
- Photocopying and filing of production/Engineering paperwork
- Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules issued & completed report actions typed up and issued to Maint
- Maint Job card issue and completion
- Housekeeping Audits
- Help Ops' Manager to implement WCM ideas
- Assisting with cover for Weighbridge operator when needed
Warehouse
- Responsible for stock control and stock movements
- Involved in regular stock counts
- Implement procedures to minimise stock losses/variance
- Work with Finance Dept to control stock and introduce systems to improve
