Job Description

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Food and Beverage functions, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, train, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Initiate, implement, and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the restaurant, bars, cellar, kitchen, and stock rooms.
  • Customer Safety and Satisfaction: Ensure all areas meet high customer expectations, enforce relevant legislation, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Compile, deliver, and exceed budgeted income figures while maintaining margin, and record all stock wastage in line with company procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Liaise with stock taker and suppliers to improve stock results and maintain effective stock control.
