Hours/Schedule
Full-time. (Permanent, self-employed, reviewed yearly).

Combination of:

  • Evening shifts (7.15pm12.15am) 3x a week
  • Including Friday & Saturdays (you will have some off)
  • Remote/office work (~20 hours pw)
West End (& occasionally Camden & Shoreditch).

Required skills/interests:

  • Hosting awesome Pub Crawls and engaging with customers to give them a great night out in London.
  • Liaising with venue managers & security, building relationships.

Strong leadership skills:

  • This role could see you quickly oversee a team of people; handling scheduling, training, & hiring. (If you're good)

  • Content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, managing multiple channels.

  • Overseeing customer service channels and improving the customer experience, as well as improving internal processes.

The Role:

Most importantly, you need to enjoy a great night out and delivering a fun, professional event for our customers.

We run Pub Crawls every night of the year (except Christmas Day) and our Pub Crawls range from 10-15 people in the midweeks, to 100+ on Fri/Sat, to 300+ on Special Events.

We want all the customers to remember you, and all the venues to love you.


Secondly, after ruling the Crawls, we want you to develop into an awesome Team Manager who can lead, train, hire, and organise a team of Hosts, so that they keep on delivering the best events.

The final part of your role will be to assist with the growth of the company.

This will range from overseeing, improving & creating new products (the Pub Crawls), managing venue relations, assisting with customer service and office processes, as well as potentially managing our Social Media Channels and engagement.
