This role can be either full or part time and will be office based.

Some of the HR Admin responsibilities are:

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Input holidays and absence into the HR database
  • Escalating matters to the wider HR Team were necessary
  • Processing starters and leaver information and processing changes on HR systems
  • Setting up new starters and Leavers on the Cascade system & Datalinx
  • Ensure accurate daily clockins and resolve any discrepancies with managers
  • Provide administrative support for the effective management of absence
  • Supporting the HR Team with processing POs on the SAP system
  • Any other reasonable requests
You will work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday and 37.5, the hourly rate is £13.00 per hour.

You will need your on transport due to the location but it is easily commutable from Scarborough, Bridlington and Driffield.
