This role will support the full scope of the COBE (Collaborative OnBoarding Experience) digital account and client onboarding and maintenance initiatives across the Merrill Continuum (MLWM, MGI, ML Edge) as well as Bank of America Private Bank
This role will work directly with the Onboarding Portfolio Manager. The position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, specifically within Operations, Business, Advisory, Technology, and/or Legal and Compliance across the full spectrum of the Merrill Continuum as well as Bank of America Private Bank
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Managing multiple priorities at the same time, including process or project analysis and assessments, multiple deliverables, communications across multiple levels, oversight of necessary training and employee readiness needs for process and/or technology changes.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and relationships including full coordination with business partners; fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners to drive the work and deliver against expected outcomes.
- Partnering with stakeholders to assess and prioritize business needs/requirements to maximize impact
- Facilitates across multiple areas (business, operations, technology, key partners) to drive critical change initiatives.
- Integrates knowledge of end to end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.
- Working independently, using process excellence expertise and proven demonstration of strategic thinking and tactical planning with an ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured processes.
- Developing concise and succinct presentations that will influence dialogue at all executive levels including the expertise in knowing the fine balance between detailed and high-level messages.
- Strong facilitation skills, communication with impact, cross functional business and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in all aspects of end-to-end project management
- Strong knowledge of Client and Account data and Client and Account data applications (i.e. COBE, KD, EAO, Client Profile)
- Knowledge of Wealth Mgmt Investment, Pvt Bank Fiduciary & Consumer Deposit Products
- Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts in senior project manager role
- Agile methodology experience is a plus
- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio
- Proven experience with managing a large, complex group of stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
- Excellent decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines

• Do use high quality, white or light colored 81⁄2 x 11 paper. Use a laser printer if possible.

• Don't include salary history or requirements.
• Don't include references.
• Don't include accomplishments that do not support your professional goals.
• Don't include anything that isn't relevant. (For example, don't mention your fondness for swimming unless you want to work on the water.)
• Don't use italics, underlining, shadows or other fancy treatments.
Seven steps to a successful interview
1. Anticipate –Put yourself in the interviewer's position. What do you believe the interviewer is most interested in? Why do you think you have been invited to interview?
2. Research –What are the primary functions of the line of business? What are the success factors for the job? Is there a job description available?
3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight.
4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down.
5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks.
6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease.
7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer. Keep in mind that the many job searchers will not send a follow-up letter. Sending one can become a competitive advantage.
