About the Role

At Optimizely, we're on a mission to help businesses unlock their digital potential. We're looking for a skilled Onboarding Strategy Consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies to ensure seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding workshops, training sessions, and configuration sessions to empower customers to get the most out of our products.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their goals and objectives, and translate those into actionable product requirements.
  • Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing business objectives, customer satisfaction, and technical quality.
  • Identify and escalate product issues or blockers to the Strategic Program Manager, ensuring smooth adoption of our products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide consistent and high-quality delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Program Manager, Solutions Architects, and Solutions Consultants to ensure successful customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of customer onboarding or implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
  • Marketing Technology knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, adapt to changing customer needs, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive personnel.
