Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive product onboarding experiences for customers, leveraging your expertise in Optimizely's products and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal implementation.
- Drive product adoption through a deep understanding of customer goals and requirements, translating those into actionable product strategies.
- Manage multiple simultaneous customer onboardings, balancing business objectives, customer satisfaction, and technical quality.
- Identify and prioritize product enhancements, raising requirements and support tickets to ensure smooth adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver consistent and high-quality onboarding experiences across the Optimizely suite.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, including pre-sales scoping calls and SOW creation.
- At least 3+ years of customer onboarding or implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Marketing Technology knowledge and experience is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing customer needs, and respond to timeline changes.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and execution skills, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and provide solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a drive to learn and share knowledge with customers and teammates.
