Digital Asset Onboarding Specialist

Job Title: Onboarding OfficerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Onboarding Officer to support our compliance and operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, facilitating commercial contracts, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate commercial contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Request and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) information and documentation from clients.
- Perform risk assessments and screenings on clients, ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Monitor client activities for unusual transactions and report any suspicious activity.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Experience in dealing with legal matters and administration.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a high degree of sensibility, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Resourceful, thorough, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Assertive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office modules.
- Fluency in English.
- Third-level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
