The Role
Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on behalf of our clients based in on the outskirts of Loughborough.
You will act as the bridge and backbone for the business keeping everything flowing The duties include:
- To follow up all enquiries and offer alternative options to secure the business.
- To liaise with external and internal customers and ensure high customer service standards.
- To answer queries, pass on accurate messages and general information received from customers and staff.
- To cash up takings, record the financial details as appropriate.
- Forward plan for bookings.
- Maintain social media promotions.
- Undertake Clerical duties.
- Transfer incoming calls to the relevant departments.
- Input of booking data & maintain live booking systems.
- To be the main contact on bookings, from initial enquiry, capturing the details and raising invoicing.
- General admin support.
- To maintain records of data in line with business needs, including budget control within the sales pipeline.
The role is to start
IMMEDIATELY.
The Hours
Working full time Monday to Friday, 37 hrs per week.
Please note, there may be an occasion where you might be requested to work on a weekend, but this is usually very unlikely
Your Profile
You will also ideally drive and have your own transport due to the location. You will have a "can do" attitude with a flexible approach to work.
