Job Title: Administrator

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration and stock control duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure efficient business administration, including labour planning, job sheets, and supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain our company filing system and databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock control, ordering materials as needed, and maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Support the Operations Director in maintaining accreditation and completing award entries.
  • Assist with social media updates, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Requirements:
  • A personable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in office administration, preferably with a small team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A forward-thinking individual who can implement process improvements and procedures.

Pay and Hours:
£13.50 per hour, paid weekly, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00.
