About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debt Administrator to join our dynamic Head Office accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing rent arrears, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rent arrears and chase outstanding payments
  • Process monthly payment runs to landlords and contractors
  • Reconcile bank accounts and manage deposits
  • Conduct contract and let sheet audits
  • Prepare reports for landlords and management
  • Provide support to branches and landlords
Requirements
  • Background in administration, customer service, or credit control
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
