Health Coach Lead to join our
One You Lincolnshire service._ _One You Lincolnshire is an Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service which has been supporting local residents, since July 2019, with Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Alcohol Reduction, Physical Activity and Health Coaching.


The Health Coach Lead should be able to demonstrate experience or awareness in managing people or projects, be an outstanding communicator, have a proven ability to build relationships with key partners, in addition to monitoring service KPIs through high quality interventions.

A typical day as a Health Coach Lead might include:

  • Leading your team to maintain the ethos and success of Thrive Tribe, by managing relationships within your team, developing partnerships with stakeholders, and clients in line with our culture and values.
  • Working closely with the Quality and Training team to ensure that your teams training is up to date, and team members have had observations with performance improvement plans created if needed.
  • Monitoring demand for clinics and working with GPs and key community partners to organise facetoface clinics in areas most suitable for client demand.
  • Collaborating with other One You Lincolnshire Leads to ensure adequate flows of referrals and bookings, to achieve starter targets.
  • Contributing to quarterly reports, by providing a narrative on health coach clinics, service and staff developments, client testimonials and future development plans.
  • Ensuring that One You Lincolnshire delivery maintains the highest standards in respect of quality of delivery, health and safety, internal governance, security of data, safeguarding, employment and clinical standards.
  • Be visible across the service, leading by example to rebuild the service at a facetoface level and to motivate the team.
  • Effectively promote panorganisation events to your team, engaging participation and ensuring they benefit from the full Thrive Tribe experience.

Contract:
_Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)_

Salary:
_Starting at £30,000 per year_Applicants will be contacted to outline the next stages of the process. Interviews are likely to take place on Monday 9thJanuary 2023 at our Wyvern House office in Lincoln.

Location:

This job is based in Lincolnshire, will require regular visits to our Lincoln office and occasional requirements to attend Thrive Tribe HQ in Stratford.
