Mental Health Support Worker - Female only

Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique mental health service provider in the private sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home.

We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement client's needs.


We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Mental Health Support Workers who have experience working with individuals with Autism, Personality Disorder and eating disorder You will need to be able to provide all round support at the individuals home or within an acute setting to join our team on a Bank Staff basis.


This role consists of a team of Mental Health Nursing Assistants on a 1:1 support care basis, working a shift pattern to cover 24-hour care.

What do we need from you?
years or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant

  • Experience working with individuals with an Autism & Eating disorder
  • Flexibility, maturity, independence, and the very highest professional standards
  • Commitment to delivering client specific care
  • Adaptable approach to support client and family members
  • Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting
