The role:

The Head of Marketing Growth will lead on strategies to help drive our school base growth. They will amplify the Rocksteady Music School brand through a thoughtful communications and content strategy, increasing our profile to enhance our employer brand profile and engage with all potential partners:

  • Develop a multi-channel strategy across traditional and digital tactics to build brand awareness, generate partnership leads and ultimately increase the reach of Rocksteady.
  • Lead a cohesive digital strategy for the business, optimising performance and ROI across social media, paid social, display, paid search, email and video marketing.
  • Own the next generation Rocksteady website, managing SEO, Analytics, UI/UX and campaign landing pages.
  • Elevate and widen our reach as the largest employer of music teachers to attract more quality candidates.
  • Responsible for budget; providing clear forecasting, spend management and ROI reporting.
  • Provide regular marketing and campaign analysis & reporting for key stakeholders across the marketing and executive team.
  • Working in a matrix style structure, you will have direct management of reports across Digital and Comms functions.

Experience & Expertise

  • Strategic thinker, data-led with strong analytical and data skills.
  • Looking for a step up in a purpose driven, growing company
  • A strong collaborative communicator, able to influence and lead initiatives.
  • Experience at head of or senior management level, ideally in a B2B and/or partnerships focused role (experience working in a B2B2C organisation preferrable)
  • Digital marketing background, strong understanding of the strategy & tactics of digital marketing
  • Confident using CRM's for marketing funnel management
  • Management experience, including inheriting existing reports and small teams
  • Curious and with a customer-centric mindset
  • External comms experience a bonus
