As our Business Intelligence Systems Support Officer, you'll provide timely end-user support and training for National Trust Analytics (Tableau) to colleagues across the National Trust.

Working within the central data team your role is to work with the Business Intelligence Product Manager and Developers to provide this service including systems management, documentation and communications.

This role is offered on a permanent basis.


What it's like to work here:The Business Intelligence Team help provide Management Information and Insight throughout the organisation primarily using our key analytics tools: Tableau and Alteryx.

We work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to help ensure they have the right tools to enable business critical data-led decision making.

This post is contractually based at our office in Swindon.

There will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.


What you'll be doing:
You'll be a key member of the Business Intelligence Team, and tasks will include:
Supporting end users (approx. 3,500) from across a broad section of NT staff in their use of our BI tools, ensuring systems work as intended and users have access to the business-critical reporting needed to fulfil their roles.


You'll be the central voice and escalation point for end users of NT Analytics (The National Trust implementation of Tableau server), understanding how they engage with our services to help deliver the best service possible.

You'll manage team communications shared across the Trust including administering team pages on Acorn, NT's intranet platform.

Working with the IT service desk and key colleagues to ensure self-service BI business processes are fit for purpose and clear to end users.
