We're on the lookout for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our South London Housing team on a fixed term basis.
  • You'll play a crucial role in delivering enhanced responsive services to our customers, working on a range of projects from start to finish, and assisting customers, especially those in vulnerable situations.
  • Tasks may include customer sign-ups and needs assessments, supporting property handovers during Regeneration projects, resolving complaints, and assisting residents while services are being reinstated in a building.
  • This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional in-person meetings at our offices or residents' homes as needed.
