We are seeking a skilled Liaison Officer to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of a Social Housing Development project.

### Key Responsibilities

* Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
* Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.
* Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.
* Utilize Excel and Word for updating trackers and issuing letters.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
