Project Administrator

Kinetic Recruitment are resourcing for a Project Administrator for an initial 6 month contract at our clients' site in Aberdeen.
- Friday.
As Project Administrator your role will be to support the Operations Manager with the administration & planning tasks to help meet internal and external KPI's within the Service Centre Team.
Responsibilities will include;Provide business support to Operations Manager and Project Engineers.Regularly updating systems
- SAP, OnePM, Salesforce.
Raising of PO requisitionsLiaising with third party vendors and suppliers, as necessary.
Arranging Collection & Delivery to/from customers and suppliers.
Collation and issue of final project reports.
Financial completion of projects.
Support workshop supervisor with input of timesheets.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;Excellent communication skillsGood team player, but also can work on own initiative.
Good understanding of production planning is preferred.
Commercial acumen is preferred.
Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience with SAP is preferred.
