Our team is based in Cheadle, Cheshire but we've adopted a successful hybrid approach where remote and flexible working is very much at the forefront.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Helping line managers, Learning & Development Business Partners and other trainers solve specific training issues, either on a onetoone basis or in groups
- Deliver training interventions (including inductions) that satisfies all relevant departments in the business.
- Record training delivered
- Ensure that all regulatory training requirements are met in the department
- Evaluate training and development interventions, amending and revising programmes as necessary, to adapt to changes in processes and the work environment
- To communicate with the relevant department managers/agents to highlight issues that may have a detrimental effect on the quality of service provided or affect the businesses reputation.
- To undertake other such duties related to the work and appropriate to the post, as directed by the Training Manager
- To ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to including the protection of client data
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Educated to at least GCSE level
- Preferably working towards gaining a training qualification at level 3
Essential Skills
- Experience of working within the motor vehicle insurance industry
- Experience of working within Learning & Development from 0 2 years
- Clear and professional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience of working within a contact centre environment
- Experience of delivering training through in a variety of situations i.e. coaching, buddying, facilitation
- Good I.T skills and familiar with Powerpoint and Teams
- Be able to engage and coach individuals on a 121 basis and provide coaching in a manner that will empower the individual to understand the decisionmaking process
- A good communicator, able to provide constructive written and verbal feedback
- Can plan and prioritise to consistently achieve targets
- Flexible and adaptable, able to embrace and champion change at short notice
- Able to prepare and deliver learning interventions to small and large groups
- Insurance Based Qualification (Cert CII etc) preferred.

- To work positively and inclusively with all colleagues, customers and business partners to promote a workplace that values equality and diversity
