Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Administrators to join our well-established Payroll & Pension teams on a full time, permanent basis.

These roles would ideally suit someone who has a passion for mathematics.

  • Strong IT skills specifically Excel.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Be reactive when working
  • Ready to challenge discrepancies where occurring
  • 12 months Administration Experience

The Role:
Your main roles and responsibilities will include

  • Inputting data entry into the iTrent system and running reports
  • Ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved.
  • Answering all incoming calls and deal with appropriately.
  • Any other administration responsibilities to aid with the smooth running of the Payroll service
