What you will be doing

  • Developing fantastic relationships between landlords, tenants and contractor
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Run meetings and activity reports on a weekly basis
  • Oversee diary management
  • Review and audit the lettings department performance
  • Advertise properties and proactively contact database of potential tenants
  • Maintain lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
  • Network to create opportunities

What you will have

  • Excellent communication skill
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Superb organisation skills

  • Motivated and driven to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

What you will receive

  • Annual salary up to £25,000
  • Car allowance up to £3000
  • Commission package
  • 22 days annual leave allowance plus bank holidays and your birthday off

  • Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm
