At William H Brown, we're seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team in Headingley. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating agreements
  • Agreeing lets and progressing them through to exchange and completion

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving license
