Lettings Negotiator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing the lettings process, and negotiating rental terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring all necessary paperwork and administrative duties are completed.
  • Rental Term Negotiation: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Qualifications: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
