At William H Brown, we're seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team in Headingley. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
What We Offer:
Competitive OTE of £29,000 with Uncapped Commission, Clear Career Progression, Industry-Leading Training and Development to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified, Opportunities to Compete for Top Achievers Awards, Company Car or Car Allowance (depending on experience), Comprehensive Benefits Package.
Your Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:
- Generating and booking valuations
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating agreements
- Agreeing lets and progressing them through to exchange and completion
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a candidate with:
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving license
