The Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide clients with accurate advice
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize your knowledge of the property market to negotiate sales and lettings agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay organized and manage multiple sales and lettings transactions simultaneously
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals
- Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the growth and success of the estate and lettings agency
- Experience working in property or estate agency
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
