The Role & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with HPI queries and ensuring HPI interest is correctly registered
  • Producing and issuing Welcome letters, annual statements, VAT invoices
  • Dealing with In Life Management queries from customers, brokers, dealers, and staff
  • Arranging original documents to go off site
  • Scanning required documentation to Ambit in a timely manner
  • Providing Settlement Quotes & issue Settlement letters
  • Producing Sales invoices and deal with settlement and invoice enquires
  • Complete restructures on Ambit
  • Liaising with other Departments to enhance and improve Customer Services and promote good business practice

The Person

  • Experience within Customer Service essential
  • Strong experience within banking or financial services
  • Sound analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to learn new skills as the business grows enabling us to meet service standards
  • Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excel, Word)
