  • Lead the People added value, transactional, ethical, and compliance agenda to meet required standards
  • Collaborate with the leadership team for effective development and succession planning
  • Offer support, coaching, and guidance to line managers for optimal staff performance
  • Interpret HR Policy and provide practical implementation guidance to ensure compliance
  • Provide professional advisory services for effective problem-solving while balancing individual and business needs
  • Oversee labor needs and utilization planning according to short to long-term business requirements
  • Provide leadership to ensure an engaged and high-performing HR team
  • Drive colleague engagement through The Greencore Way initiatives and surveys

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a multi-functional manufacturing setup
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
