Aerospace EMEA Learning Partner

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure a proactive approach to training and people development
- Coordinate an annual training plan for the business, through effective Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Develop and maintain structured processes and practices for delivering continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the HRBP and Plant Manager to foster a culture of People development and forward planning for growth development, and succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with the overall training strategy at the plant.
- Directs all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers.
- Defines requirements for Training Officer and departmental training programs to be delivered at the plant.
- Resource and support apprenticeship programs within the plant.
- You will be responsible for the management and development of the Aerospace Training Officer, which shall be your direct report.
- Continuously evaluate and update training programs to reflect changes in processes, technology, and regulations.
- Solicit feedback from employees and management to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training initiatives and overall business objectives.
- Build positive relationships with employees, promoting we are one PPG culture and a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate and deliver varied training programmes across the business including Leadership Development.
- Use a wide range of proven L&D tools and techniques to design, create and deliver effective, top-class training.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and provide recommendations to support continuous improvements.
- Lead and project manage business-wide training programmes for Aerospace EMEA.
- Support the development of our L&D Policies and Procedures.
- Budgetary and cost control management, including forecast and spending.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written skills
- Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, methodical, well organised and has a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise own tasks
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building and management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and line manager
- Good IT skills including MS suite and broad knowledge of learning technology.
- Experience in the FMCG industry preferred.
- Previous experience with business partnering and co-ordination of L&D function.
- Proven experience with design and delivery of blended learning solutions and programme facilitation.
- L&D diploma, CIPD or equivalent is desirable.
