Key responsibilities of a Land Manager:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various landowners, developers, and company branches in the region
  • Secure mandates for the sale of development opportunities for landowners in the private and public sectors
  • Secure instructions for new home sales from developers on favorable terms

Skills and qualifications required for a successful Land Manager:

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and selling development land
  • Proficiency in land and development assessment and valuation
