Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Colchester Land Rover. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the parts department with daily duties, including receiving and processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock control.
  • Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop, ensuring all items are correctly located and stock is up to date.
  • Provide excellent customer care, answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as logging discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Practical knowledge of computer systems and software, including inventory management and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
